Studio Payment Contract v5

This document is to be held as proof of a written contract between Kc Dunn, owner of Airstream/CMR & KcD Music Productions and X_____________________________ Hereto referred to as the client.
*Studio rates are as follows: (We do not charge for setup time or change over)
8MultiTracks*- $35/hr, 16Tracks- $40/hr, 24Tracks- $45/hr, 32- $55/hr (MultiTracks or Tracks refers to the complexity of the music how many instruments are used(A good Drumsound uses 7-8 tracks)(Most Band Demos are 16 tracks)
  Note: We are generous with our billable time, we want our clients to feel good about recording here and continue including us in their future projects.
* CD Mastering, which is an important part of the quality of the final project, is available @ a cost of around $250.00-$300.00 for a standard 12 song CD project.$90 for a performance demo.
*Other costs involved in recording include: DVD MultiTrack Data Archive $50.00, 24bit CD Data master AIFF Format-$25.00 (for CD Mastering) 15.00 for Demo data CD.
*Recording dates are held with a deposit of $50.00 credited towards recording costs at projects end(DVD archiving), non-refundable unless circumstances warrant special consideration, to be determined by Kc Dunn. A one-week notice prior to possible cancellation is recommended.
*Client agrees to pay for time used at the end of each session, unless an advanced payment schedule has been arranged. All costs incurred because of check payment with insufficient funds, or any Studio damage to facility or Equipment, will be paid by the client. All MultiTrack, Masters, and CD’s are to be held as security and are the property of Kc Dunn until entire recording bill is paid in full.
An itemized receipt will be provided at the end of the project.
*Rental of outside equipment may also be arranged in advance to suit the clients needs. Rental fees shall be arranged and paid for at least two weeks in advance of scheduled session date, in order to reserve needed equipment.
* Production Credit will be given to Kc Dunn if he is involved in any production considerations. (See also KcD Music Productions agreement if applicable).
